As we discussed, here's the additional information the DWR needs for the Mt. Pleasant Road Property before we can
process the application for the 401 Certification:
A site plan for the residential development needs to be submitted that shows the lot layout and conceptual stormwater
plan for this project. In addition, the imperviousness of the total project including houses, driveways, and sidewalks in
addition to the road needs to be included in Section E. 2a. of the application.
Please submit four copies of the requested information to the DWR 401 & Buffer Permitting Unit (1617 Mail Service
Center, Raleigh, NC 27699 -1617) and provide a brief cover that explains that this submittal is for the additional
information that was requested for DWR Project # 2015 -0137. Two copies of the site plan should be full size plans and
two copies can be 11 X 17 plans.
