Duke Energy Progress, Inc. sampled the two background wells (413 & 5C) along with fifteen
other wells located at or beyond the compliance boundary around the ash ponds at the L. V.
Sutton Energy Complex on October 1 and 2, 2014. Attached are two copies of the results on
DENR approved electronic version of Form GW- 59CCR. ,
Also included on this form are the results from wells MW -32C and MW -33C which were installed
on -site last fall.
