As you may recall, I inspected the project on April 12, 2010. My observations of the system included only the request of a copy of an engineer's certification of the system. A certification was received at this office on April 23, 2010. We here at DWQ certainly appreciate the cooperation in bringing this permit into compliance. I am writing now to update the status of this permit ownership. The permit was originally issued to Ms. Dawn Cockman as the owner of Island Walk at Snows Cut. I have attempted to contact the name given by Ms. Cockman as the new owner, Ms. Anne Bowman of Coast Walk Association Management, LLC with no response. I have attached the PDF transfer of ownership request form for your convenience. Until this form is signed by an authorized person as the proposed Permittee and submitted to DWQ the ownership of the permit shall remain as issued.
