Dear Ms. Cockman and Ms. Bowman,
I am writing in regards to the state stormwater permit issued for Island Walk at Snows Cut, Permit # SW8 040206, on
August 30, 2004. As you may recall, I inspected the project on April 12, 2010. My observations of the system
included only the request of a copy of an engineer's certification of the system. A certification was received at this
office on April 23, 2010. We here at DWQ certainly appreciate the cooperation in bringing this permit into
compliance.
I am writing now to update the status of this permit ownership. The permit was originally issued to Ms. Dawn
Cockman as the owner of Island Walk at Snows Cut. I have attempted to contact the name given by Ms. Cockman as
the new owner, Ms. Anne Bowman of Coast Walk Association Management, LLC with no response.
I have attached the PDF transfer of ownership request form for your convenience. Until this form is signed by an
authorized person as the proposed Permittee and submitted to DWQ the ownership of the permit shall remain as
issued.

to me, as owner of Island Walk @ Snows Cut, Carolina Beach, NC.
Per your request, I am forwarding the last address I have for the Corporation who purchased the above subject
property in July 2004.

As you stated the permit remains in my name until it can be corrected. It is vital to me that my name be removed

and assigned to the proper entity.

The Grantor makes no warranty, express or implied, as to title to the property hereinabove
