In accordance with North Carolina General Statute § 90A-37, the Water Pollution Control System Operators
Certification Commission is required to classify all water pollution control systems.
Upon review of the subject permit, the Water Pollution Control System Operators Certification Commission
has determined that the subject facility is classified as follows:
Grade I Physical -Chemical Water Pollution Control Treatment System - Effective: 2/1/2023

60-days prior to wastewater or residuals being introduced into a new system, the system owner must designate
a Grade I Physical Chemical Operator in Responsible Charge (ORC) and Back-up Operator in Responsible Charge
as required by rule, and your permit.
