Facilities Plan Review
I have reviewed the 201 Facilities Plan for the Town of Troy's NPDES discharge
permit. The plan included the most recent permit limits for the discharge
outfall to Densons Creek (existing location) and the Little River (proposed
location). As part of the plan, future growth needs were consideredrincluding
the possible expansion of the wastewater treatment plant to 1.1 MGD. The plan
does not include effluent limits for an increase in wastefiow above 0.84 MGD.
Through a request for a speculative analysis made 11 the Town, limits can be
developed and included in the facilities planning report.
