The current permit required installation of a gauge in Lagoon 7 which was done as required. A picture of the installed gauge is included below. Attachment K — Industrial Wastewater Provide an overview of the manufacturing process; an inventory of all chemical and biological materials used in the manufacturing process; and an overview of the cleaning and treatment methodology. The facility does not include any manufacturing activities. The facility includes railroad operations which is supported by the following activities: light locomotive repairs, locomotive fueling, locomotive crew changes, rail car repairs, freight classification, and associated material storage. The 2021 Tier II report is attached to provide an inventory of materials managed at the facility. The on -site treatment system collects drainage from industrial activity areas at the facility. Treatment includes flow equalization/temporary storage, oil/water separation, chemical coagulation/flocculation, dissolved air flotation, and sludge dewatering.
