Dear Mr. Brantley,
The Town of Bladenboro received a Notice of Violation & Intent to Access Civil
Penalty on January 6, 2023. Due to the seemingly constant overturn in ORCs for
the town, the dates associated with the NOV reflect a time period where there
was not a full-time ORC available to the town and contract work was only
available. The town requests consideration of abatement of any potential civil
penalty assessed to the Town of Bladenboro regarding this Notice of Violation.
