September 15, 2006 for the above referenced project. Additional copies of this document
have been submitted in response to a letter from Ms. Cyndi Karoly of the North Carolina
Division of Water Quality (DWQ) dated September 22, 2006 requesting four additional
copies of the PCN package. As requested by Ms. Karoly, four complete application sets
are attached in order to initiate the DWQ review and approval process for the Grey Rock
