Pursuant to your recent updated credit request, Bachelors Delight Mitigation Bank (BDMB) is providing
confirmation of acceptance to supply stream and riparian wetland mitigation credits for impacts associated
with the Belgrade Quarry Project. This acceptance is conditional upon receipt of payment for mitigation in
full per the fee table to be provided under separate cover. Please refer to the table below depicting the
type and quantity of credits requested and reserved for your project.

Note that the fees for the mitigation types and quantities identified above will not exceed the State of North Carolina
Division of Mitigation Services fee schedule (currently $646.12 per stream credit and $99,476.51 per wetland credit).
Based upon receipt of the recent project credit request, BDMB will reserve 1,005 stream credits and 8.08
riparian wetland credits for a period of 90 days from the date of this letter. Requests to extend beyond the
90-day reservation period may require a non-refundable deposit.
Upon request for receipt of credit transfer, BDMB will issue an invoice for the total mitigation payment
required. Subsequent to receipt of payment in full, BDMB will provide an executed Compensatory
Mitigation Responsibility Transfer Form. Note that all payments must be made with certified funds. It is
the applicant's responsibility to ensure that the credit types and amounts requested are consistent with the
compensatory mitigation requirements of the permit(s) issued. BDMB and/or its agents are not responsible
for determining the applicant's mitigation requirements. If you have any questions or need additional
