The two different mill managers can be designated as the Permit Contacts and/or Facility Contacts, though. In this case, the Owner Affiliation (Legally Responsible Person) must be an appropriate official in the chain of command in Georgia Pacific above the facility level who can maintain legal responsibility. This is because the sites are operated by the same Owner Entity, and that owner is tied to both permits. That means when we change the owner affiliation, it changes for both permits. Please determine who that person should be in Georgia Pacific and submit an Owner Affiliation change form. See below to help understand what I mean. Please let me know if I should cancel the Permit Contact Update requests that were just submitted for either of these permits.
