Talked to Mr Cone,he's apparently spoken to you this morning also. Hopefully he will get that deed
to you immediately.
There is also another facility I noticed on the list we got this morning "WSRO Invalid Operator list"
that I can give you some info about. Flakt Products NC0085871 groundwater remediation site. I had
a devil of a time getting the Compliance Inspection NOV to them as well. It seems that the owner Mr
Carlburg is at the listed address but it is another company so anything addressed to Flakt is returned.
Leaving the Flakt name off gets it through. I'm not sure what to do about that one.

Rose-the form was submitted but they didn't send any documentation. We need a copy of the
deed to complete the Ownership Change. Carolyn Bryant [who processes our Name&
Ownership changes] has asked for the deed twice,but the new owners haven't sent anything.
If you could encourage them,we'd greatly appreciate it.
