discussed. Please accept my apologies not sending the invoices to the correct contact and to the correct address.
Please check your records and determine if the invoices were paid. If the invoices have been paid, please forward
documentation of payment to my email address below.
If the invoices have not been paid, please remit payment as soon as possible to the address indicated on the invoice and
notify me when a check has been cut. There are no late fees associated with the subject invoices. The next annual
permit fee invoice for this facility will be sent out in December 2014.
