Go to the end of the road and the well head is at the end of the cul-de-sac . 6 . There are 10 foot bluffs on both sides of the creek, and the creek is about 20 feet wide with a good strong flow. 9 . Location of nearest dwelling : Approximately 100 feet from well head . 10 . Other Special Items : None PART IV - EVALUATION AND RECOIIMIiENDATIONS The proposed well water treatment facility should have no significant impact to the creek. The Raleigh Regional Office , along with the Wake County Department of Health, recommends approval of the permit application for a period of 5 years , provided that all buffers are maintained and adequate monitoring for chlorine and postassium permanganate residuals are followed.
