Discharge area is a broad plain approximately 100 feet to
creek bed. There are 10 foot bluffs on both sides of the
creek, and the creek is about 20 feet wide with a good
strong flow.

PART IV - EVALUATION AND RECOIIMIiENDATIONS
The proposed well water treatment facility should have no
significant impact to the creek. The Raleigh Regional Office ,
along with the Wake County Department of Health, recommends
approval of the permit application for a period of 5 years ,
provided that all buffers are maintained and adequate monitoring
for chlorine and postassium permanganate residuals are followed.
