Carla-
I'll be out of the office next week,but wanted to drop you a note on these two permits. With
Susan W. out indefinitely, would it be possible to get data pulled from STORET on an
ambient station in the New River basin for TSS and Turbidity? The station should have a
similar drainage area as the North Toe in the area of the mine discharges. The period of
record should be similar to the one pulled for Susan early this month. This would help us
understand the extent of the high turbidity values in this area during certain times.
On Clariant,I just wanted to remind you that I need to get that off the"To Do"list ASAP. (I
think they're going to adjudicate no matter what,unfortunately.) If you guys could get your
comments to me by the first week of December, I'd appreciate it.
