Mr. Davidson,

This letter is in response to your 1-19-23 letter to Mountaintop Community Association
attached.

Per your letter the 9-8-22 BOD sample exceeded the daily max for BOD with 15.6 mg/L
over the 15 mg/L limit. The operator noted a large septic rag/grease ball in the clarifier
may have contributed to the elevated BOD. The operator collected three additional BOD
samples which were all within acceptable range to comply with the monthly limit.

The October 2022 monthly average exceeded the limit of 10 mg/L with a 10.72 mg/L
result. The operator noted a spike in seasonal flow combined with large temperature
variations may have contributed. The operator collected two additional BOD samples
which were marginal to attempt to comply with the monthly limit.
