Fortress Wood Products Incorporated, located at 3874 Bethel Drive Extension, High
Point, North Carolina, 27260, has named Mr. Ken McBride, Director of Manufacturing, as the
Responsible Official with regard to operations at the High Point manufacturing facility. Mr.
McBride replaces Mr. Jim Dudley as responsible official who remains President of Fortress
