Part III, Section B (3), of McGuire's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Storm Water
Permit, addresses the requirements for assigning signatory authority to individuals who submit reports or other
information as required by NCDENR for permit compliance.
As Site Vice President for the McGuire Nuclear Station, I hereby grant the following management positions
signatory authority for signing reports, documents, or other information as required by NCDENR for NDPES
Storm Water Permit compliance.
