Description of Treatment Process
Class IV, 3 MGD Modified Oxidation Ditch Activated Sludge Wastewater Reclamation Facility.
Influent Pumps, Bar Screen, Grit Chamber, Treatment Basin including Anoxic & Anaerobic
Chambers w/BNR Process, 3 Clarifiers, Tertiary Disc Filters, Post Aeration Basin, and Chlorine
Contact Chambers with Dechlorination. 1 Aerobic Digester tank for digesting bio-solids, and 1
Bio-Solid Holding tank for land application of bio-solid residuals.
II.Performance
Test Summary of System Performance for the Calendar Year 2014.
The Wastewater Reclamation Facility was in Compliance for Monitoring, Reporting & Permit
Limits for 2014.
Departmental Staff continue to work diligently at eliminating any occurrence of Compliance
issues for 2015. If you would like any further information or a copy of this report, Contact City
Hall at 642-8046 or Newlyn McCullen/Utilities Superintendent at 642-5818.
III.Notification
This report was made available to users through publication in The News Reporter which
informed that if they would like a copy,one could be obtained from City Hall or the WWRF.
