On December 18, 2014, the Division of Water Resources (the Division) received your application
for the subject project The application was reviewed and in order to complete the review and issuance of
the application the following information is required
• The site is located within the Goose Creek Watershed and Is subject to the Goose Creek
Buffer Rule (15A NCAC 2B 0600- 0609) More clarification is required regarding the
propose impacts Please check the Table of Uses
- -A perennial /intermittent stream call may be required Currently the plan shows a 100 ft
buffer indicating an intermittent stream Please Indicate the buffer on both sides of the
channel (even If offsite)
-- Please show /indicate on the plan a 50 ft demarcation line within the buffer and its
relationship to the proposed sewer line and trail A scale drawing may be required.
-- Please indicate the linear ft of sewer line that is located within and outside of the 50 ft line
noted above Include the square footage for each section of the buffer that is impacted
This Includes the "tether" to the main area of development
• Mitigation may be required and a site visit may also be required
Please be advised that until this Office receives above requested information, this project will be
placed on hold pursuant to 15A NCAC 2H 0507(h) In addition, this Office is requesting that the Army
Corps of Engineers place a hold on their processing of the application. If you have any question, please
