Wasteload Allocation Summary
(approach taken, correspondence with region, EPA, etc.)
Foard H.S. is currently discharging to a zero flow stream and wishes to
relocate its discharge point to Pott Creek.
Technical Support recommended limits of BOD5=30 mg/1, NH3-N=nol, and
D.O.= 6 mg/1 in the previous WLA. The permit was recorded as BOD5=30 mg/1,
NH3-N=6 mg/1, and D.O.=not. The compliance system also indicates these
limits.
No significant dischargers are proposed or existing within the vicinity
of Foard H.S.
