On October 5, 1988, Technical Support received a WLA request
for the renewal of the Fred T. Foard High School NPDES permit.
The permit requirements for this facility include in -stream moni-
toring for temperature and D.O. Central Files does not have any
instream monitoring data. This data is necessary to evaluate the
existing limits and ensure they are protecting our water quality
standards. Therefore, it is important that the Region inform
this facility of the need to adhere to the monitoring require-
ments of their permit.
