Notes from Holman Mill Closeout Site Visit 1/25/2023
- Overall, the site looks healthy with past issues of invasive species under control. The only problem area is a
section of the stream that has become degraded by photo point 44 and vegetation plot 11. USACE expressed
concerns of the head cut expanding up the stream and requested bank stabilization take place. The site will be
closed out with a contingency put in place that a plan for bank stabilization is submitted, along with a timeline
and proof of installation when completed.
