Sue/David,
We are notifying you that the City of High Point has inspected the work area today (January 9, 2023) and there has been
a blowout in the silt fence and resulting in some sediment deposition downstream. The nature and extent of deposition
compared to prior existing issues that we are currently addressing, has not been fully determined. Basin modifications
had been completed and stream repair was planned for this month pending some drier weather, with all work to be
completed by March. The City is following up with an additional assessment, and we will be following up as well and
providing the extent and any remedial actions proposed. Please let us know if you have any questions or require
additional information than what will be provided.
Thanks
Phil
