Outfall drains to: River Basin Sub -basin Catawba 3050101 Receiving Stream Stream Classification Stream Index Catawba River WS-V, B 11-(123.5)a Review Special Conditions/suggested changes/additional information needed/setback violations: There are homes in the nearby area especially at the cove area where effluent will be discharged into. There may be issues if adjacent property is developed at the discharge location. RO would recommend relocating the effluent discharge location away from cove area. It is questionable if the treatment system will meet the setbacks (100 ft.) from surface water. RO recommends inclusion of permit condition to require permittee to have an O&M contract with trained contractor due to type of treatment unit/processes (pumps, UV system, etc.). Note: The proposed treatment facility will be able treat up to 480 gallons per day. RO Recommendation: Pending CO's review and findings on this application, RO recommends permit issuance.
