The $480 processing fee was submitted with the original submittal on January 5th. A flow acceptance letter from the Water and Sewer Authority of Cabarrus County (WSACC) is not enclosed since the proposed outfall is solely a sewer extension to get the sewer outfall across the adjacent tract and Old Beatty Ford Road prior to roadway widening. All development (scheduled to occur in the latter part of 2023 and early 2024) on the north and south sides of Old Beatty Ford Road will have public sewer extensions that will be approved by WSACC and permitted by NCDEQ to tie into the proposed outfall. Therefore, the subject project is submitted with zero flow at this time. Authorization for the 404/401 permits is provided under ID SAW-2019-00538 (USACE) and WQC004445 (NCDEQ). The Water and Sewer Authority of Cabarrus County Standard Specifications for Wastewater Collections Systems were approved by your office and are being maintained by the Division of Environmental Management. This project will be installed in accordance with these standard specifications. Please email me with questions at bhassenfritz(a)kannapolisnc.gov.
