Thanks for this response.
Unfortunately, the PCN impact table can't be edited once the application has been submitted. Most folks just make a
quick table (using the same format as the Impact Table) with the requested updates inserted for DWR / USACE. You can
indicate Temp / Perm impacts in the main table.
I need to know the acreage of proposed temporary fill for the coffer dam, not cubic feet.
Also, can you provide the length of the sea wall to be replaced and the dimensions of the foundation fill?

Below is what you requested in your previous email for the Evert Bulkhead Project.
1. Page 7 of 7 carries the signature of Emma Joyner. In order for Emma Joyner to sign, the application package
requires an agent authorization letter from the applicant. A sample agent authorization letter can be found on
the USACE website

2. The construction of the bulkhead in Lake Toxaway is considered a permanent impact. The footprint of the
bulkhead should be noted as permanent on the PCN Impact table. The temporary fill proposed to construct the
coffer dam within the lake must be accounted for on the PCN impact table. Please revise your PCN Impact table
and submit that table via email to DWR and USACE. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(a)]
I've attached the signed Agent Authorization Form you requested.
Regarding your second requests, I was unable to find a place in the PCN Impact Table to note the footprint of the
Bulkhead being Permanent and or to account for the temporary fill to be used in the coffer dam. All this information has
now been noted in the engineers drawing of the project, which I have attached. I've noted the permanent bulkhead as
well as the total cubic feet of temporary fill to be used in the coffer dam.
