Hi Brooke and Amy,
I have reviewed the information sent to me about the Evert Bulkhead project, which
proposes to replace an existing seawall on Lake Toxaway, impacting 0.01 acre of open water
in Transylvania County.
The project should not impact wild trout and a trout moratorium is not needed for this
project. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to review this project.
