Describe the attachments or comments: Revise boathouse location from west side to east side. 20221448 ver 2 SAW2022-02143 Due to the excessively deep water (field measured at 17.5 ft deep at outside of the proposed boathouse) and the lack ofadjacent piles to permit cross bracing the tall pilings (with a boat hanging in it; coupled with wind load), the owner is requesting to locate the proposed boat house to the east end of the existing bulkhead (see attached sketch). As is, he is facing a high cost for bracing the boat house with battered piles and/or increasing pile diameter. East Location Roof Area = 392 sf. Pier = 78 sf. Total 470 sf.
