In accordance with North Carolina General Statute § 90A-37, the Water Pollution Control System Operators
Certification Commission is required to classify all water pollution control systems.
The Water Pollution Control System Operators Certification Commission has determined that the subject
facility requires a Grade III Biological Water Pollution Control System, effective February 1, 2023.
