This project had slipped my mind. My only thought would be that this being an extension originally, they didn’t need as much space to work. With the full replacement, they may have needed more. No temporary impacts show up on the original PCN or permits for these sites but they do show up on both the impact tables. These number also seem to have increased from the plans originally submitted in 2017.
