vegetation clearing, structures (buildings, retaining walls, docks, impervious surfaces,

Construct combination of boulder wall and boulder steps as per site visit 7/17/2014.
Proposed wall to have an average height of 3' and an approximate length of 140'.
Before work commences, contractor will coordinate written permission from Duke
Energy and provide stamped engineered drawings. Proposed wall construction to
include removal of non - desirable trees, access to site via barge to lessen Impact on
upper bank, integrated geo-textile and aggregate drainage (100% of wall height) to
ensure long -term wall integrity and stability, and turn -key cleanup.
