Before work commences, contractor will coordinate written permission from Duke Energy and provide stamped engineered drawings. Proposed wall construction to include removal of non - desirable trees, access to site via barge to lessen Impact on upper bank, integrated geo-textile and aggregate drainage (100% of wall height) to ensure long -term wall integrity and stability, and turn -key cleanup.
