Inspection Summary:
Site inspection was conducted on January 20, 2023 by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office. The
inspection was a follow up to a non -compliant visit on January 13, 2023. Ross Straup, Taylor Ivie, and Jesse Martinez
were present during the inspection. Non - compliant items were addressed with photos received on January 16, 2022.
The stream below Site 4 was walked and additional sediment cleanup is not required. Additional measures were also
added with ground cover scheduled for 1/21/23 according to the inspector and contractor.
The stream below site 8 was also walked and no off site sediment was observed in the stream. Recommend ground
cover in disturbed areas and slopes between L3 858+00 - 863+00 RT.
Rip rap at Site 6 (Culvert 2) still needs to be added behind baffles.
Continue to add groundcover per NPDES stabilization requirements.
