Dear Sir or Madam:
Since two consecutive bi-annual storm water samplings, as required by our permit,had exceeded our
benchmark values for COD and TSS for three of the four outfall locations,we had increased our program
management protocols from Tier II to Tier I,requiring monthly sampling of the problem outfall locations
for the measures that exceeded benchmarks(P1,P2,WI). The latest water sampling is summarized below
and a copy from the lab included with this letter.

We are working to identify and mitigate the COD and TSS problems at outfalls with a sweeping and
parking lot maintenance program that includes repairing and replacing deteriorated sections.
