The Division of Water Resources (Division) received responses to the subject Notice of Violation (NOV) on December 22,
2022; January 3, 2023; January 4, 2023; January 12, 2023; and January 18, 2023.
The letter from your geotechnical engineer documenting the present of bedrock at stream impact locations S1 and S2
and the re -location of impact S7 to the location of the sanitary sewer crossing have satisfactorily resolved the violations
noted in the subject NOV. As such, the Division is closing the NOV.
