The Stormwater Permitting Program recently received the Discharge Monitoring Report for November 2022 sample data
for the Bakelite Synthetics stormwater permit NCS000156. Please note that the Stormwater Permitting Program has
transitioned from receiving paper copies of DMRs to using the eDMR system. Per our records, you do not have an active
eDMR account. You are required to register for and begin using the eDMR system for all future DMR submittals.
