Dear Mr. Mooradian:
The final plans and specifications for the subject project have been reviewed
and found to be satisfactory. Authorization is hereby granted for the construction
of wastewater treatment plant expansions to
GPD to 120,000 GPD ana consisting of 4 each
fier, a 1,500 gallon aerated sludge holding
and associated piping, pumps, and valves to
increase the rated capacity from 100,000
5,000 gallon aeration basins, a new clari-
tank, a grit and trash basin, flow meter,
serve the Beech Mountain Sanitary District.
This is a Class II Wastewater Treatment Facility and the person in responsible
charge must hold a valid Grade II Certificate.
This Authorization to Construct shall be subject to revocation unless the waste-
water treatment facilities are constructed in accordance with the conditions and
limitations specified in Permit No. NC0022730.
One (1) set of approved plans and specifications is being forwarded to you.
