I have reviewed the information sent to me about the Vulcan Spruce Pine Quarry project,
which proposes to permanently impact 267 ft of an unnamed tributary to Bear Creek with a
culvert in Mitchell County.

The project should not impact wild trout and a trout moratorium is not needed for this
project. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to review this project.
