1. Obtain all permits before beginning construction.
2. install gravel construction entrances at the locations shown, and then install all silt
reviewed JMK
fences around the perimeter of the construction area along with the reinforced silt
fence outlets.

3. Clear and grub, strip topsoil as noted on the erosion control plan.

5. Continue clearing and grabbing of the site as necessary.
6. Demolition all required site areas per site demolition plan to allow for site grading
