All Fast Track Sewer System Extension documents submitted with this application are as follows: • Fast Track Application • This Cover Letter • Flow Tracking/Acceptance Form (From Franklin County) • Flow Tracking/Acceptance Form (From Youngsville Academy's Existing System) • USGS Quadrangle Map • Facility Location Map • Aerial Map The proposed development will include a building of approximately 36,460 S.F. and a student population of 360 high school students. The building includes a cafeteria, a gym, and showers. The proposed sewer system includes 928 feet of private 8-inch PVC sewer line and 138 feet of private 8-inch DIP sewer line. The sewer from the building is proposed to exit from a single building connection on the east side of the building and will be conveyed across Hicks Road to connect to the private sewer system of for the existing Youngsville Academy Elementary School on the west side of Hicks Road via tapping into an existing private manhole. The proposed development has a required average daily flow of 5,400 GPD. This flow will be added to the existing Youngsville Academy Elementary School's 8-inch sanitary sewer system at the location indicated in the attached Facility Location Map. At this point the 3 GPM from the existing elementary school and the 3.75 GPM from the proposed high school combine to create 6.75 GPM in the existing sanitary sewer system. The existing pump station at the elementary school is more than sufficiently designed to convey this amount of flow. Please let us know if we can provide you with any additional information.
