Purpose of activity is to upgrade Brightspeed existing plant making communications more reliable and effective.

Permit activity will be an aerial overlash of fiber optic cable crossing each line with no impact to the waterway.
Proposed work will be conducted with the use of an aerial truck with an extending bucket.
