I drafted the renewal and will be ready to go. However, in going through the renewal request we noticed that they did
not include an application. This is key in that we have nothing with the owner's signature for the renewal. EVERYTHING
else was sent in. It's a simple form.
Attached is an Add -Info Letter I wrote AND the blank form. I will be sending this is the regular mail. I thought emailing
would get it done faster, but I don't have Mr. Brown's email.
He can email the response directly to me.
