Sending and update on the email below. We did find that we had not covered all of the parameters in our earlier  sampling so we pulled a new composite sample of the sludge from both fiber traps and had it tested. The results came  back in mid‐December but I was off the last 2 weeks of the year and didn’t get it reviewed and forwarded to you.  Sorry  for that delay.      The results are attached and I believe we have covered everything required and there are no issues showing up. Our  plan is to continue with sludge disposal in the landfill. We did a sizable haul of sludge from the fiber traps in late  November and will be back at it again here in January as we continue to clean out the fiber traps and prepare the North  trap for closure and the South trap to be refurbished and lined.     Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns with the attached test results or if you need any other info  from us at this time.     Thanks,         Dave Hallock We are currently planning on hauling all sludge and soil that is excavated from the fiber traps and ponds to the landfill.  Per our submitted closure plan, we expect to use the sampling results for the sludge that we have from earlier this year.  I will confirm that all required constituents were covered in our earlier test and will submit to you once confirmed. If I  find that we did not cover all required constituents, we will pull a new composite sample and have it tested again  making sure to include everything required. This will happen this month, (November ‘22).     2 For the soils, once we determine whether we actually need to remove and dispose of soil, we will sample the soil and  share the test results with you prior to removing it from the property. Timing on this is to be determined and is  dependent upon having the sludge removed and disposed of. Hoots Road Roaring River, NC, 28669 Ref: Analytical Testing Report Number: 22-322-0004 Project Description: Blue Ridge Tissue Dear Dennis Key: Waypoint Analytical Virginia, Inc. received sample(s) on 11/18/2022 for the analyses presented in the following report. The above referenced project has been analyzed per your instructions. The analyses were performed in accordance with the applicable analytical method. Sub-contracted testing is noted on the Sample Summary Table if applicable. The analytical data has been validated using standard quality control measures performed as required by the analytical method. Quality Assurance, method validations, instrumentation maintenance and calibration for all parameters (NELAP and non-NELAP) were performed in accordance with guidelines established by the USEPA (including 40 CFR 136 Method Update Rule May 2012) and NELAC unless otherwise indicated. Certain parameters (chlorine, pH, dissolved oxygen, sulfite...) are required to be analyzed within 15 minutes of sampling. Usually, but not always, any field parameter analyzed at the laboratory is outside of this holding time. Refer to sample analysis time for confirmation of holding time compliance. The results are shown on the attached Report of Analysis(s). Results for solid matrices are reported on an as- received basis unless otherwise indicated. This report shall not be reproduced except in full and relates only to the samples included in this report.
