Greg, I have attached a site plan with some notes of what is completed.
We are moving quickly with the project.
1. All concrete is poured for the dry stack building footers and drive isles.
2. Sewall installed
3. Decks over the water completed.
4. All stormwater pipes in ground and stormwater ponds complete.
Please re -issue the permit.

You don't often get email from gregory.e.curreyPusace.army.mil. Learn why this is important
Tim/Barry, Barry I may have misspoke earlier to you. So, your authorization under Permit RGP-291
expired 12/31/21, but you have a one year grace period to work under this permit. But that grace
period will be ending 12/31/22, so if you will need to work into next year to complete this project,
we will need to renew this permit. Also, you have a transfer application pending that we can take
care of with the permit re -issuance.
So, what I will need to re -issue is a narrative describing what work has been completed and what
work still needs to be done and drawings that show the same thing, what work is completed and
what still needs to be done.

You also should contact Holley Snider (copied) of the NC Division of Water Resources to see if your
401 Water Quality Certification needs to be issued and if she needs additional information. You
should also copy her on anything you send me.
