We met yesterday with Dominion's representative, Sandra Williams, and their agent, Spencer Trichell, for delineations
to discuss our review and the possible path forward for the project. During our meeting, Sandra stated that you had
mentioned the possibility of a face -to -face meeting with all the stakeholders, potentially in Charlottesville, VA, so that all
parties could meet one another and have an understanding of their roles as we process this action. Any information on
such a proposal would be greatly appreciated as I know that Craig and I would definitely be attending and suspect that
Dale and Emily would as well, but I will let them speak for themselves.
