On December 5, 2022, Katie Merritt with DWR, visited the subject site to assess the vegetation and overall site conditions. Representatives from DMS were also present. Remediation work deemed necessary by DWR was performed by DMS and documentation is included in the attachments. An asset map and asset table, both initialed by Ms. Merritt January 13, 2023, are attached. DWR considered a credit release of 313,628 BMU for release during the site visit. The total project buffer mitigation units were reduced by 49,949 sq. ft (BMUs) due to 327.4 SMU reduction of headwater stream on the upper reach of Ut 2. The DWR commented that the site may be closed upon resolution of the following contingencies: 1. Install additional boundary markers (t-post with signs) in the 4 locations indicated on the attached map. Resolution: 1. Posts and signs have been installed in the required locations, please find a phot log of signs posted attached.
