Dear Tim,
I would like to request an additional extension for the Sweetwater Project. The gas company is working with the
landowner to get their buy in, the most recent design (which I previously provided) is till additionally being reviewed by
the Gas Co for constructability. Can we extend to February 13, 2015? I'm hopeful that the parties can come to a mutual
agreement by this date.
Thanks!

Crystal,
I did not see any glaring conceptual design issues. However, DWR will want to assess the stability of the project. We
will want to see the outlet protection detail, pipe slope information, invert elevations, pipe profile and any other
appropriate information. The project will need to meet the general conditions for Water Quality Certification 3883.
Please follow and submit your response to the address on the Additional Information Requested letter.
If you have any additional questions please let us know.
Thanks and have a great weekend.

Good Morning Crystal;
The attached PDF shows al I the storm features from the survey. That really is just the existing 24" pipe, and the 18" pipe
with an inlet at Sweetwater Hills road. I was told that the 24" pipe also connects to a road inlet, but our survey didn't
extend far enough to show that.
The PDF shows the existing pipes as black lines, and the proposed pipes are dashed wide green lines. The proposed
manholes are yellow circles, and have 5' separation from the gas line.
If it is possible, can you get an existing depth of the existing gas line? We need to have an accurate size and depth of
that line to see if we can get the proposed outfall pipe underneath the gas line.
Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
Thanks,
-Steve
