I have two questions and a comment:
Comment: The eDMR system is already active for this permit number and has been for about a year. The facility should
be submitting DMRs using eDMR. The Six Step Process for stormwater eDMR may be found at the following

Questions: 1) Has the facility been submitting DMRs? I don't see much information in our files, and I don't see any
recent DMRs. 2) When did the facility enter Tier III? I saw an inspection report from late 2021 indicating that the
facility was in Tier III for fecal. Have they been sampling monthly since then?
I'm just trying to get an understanding of the compliance activities related to stormwater for the site.

Gentlemen: NCDEQ received the DMR referenced in the below email.
After reviewing, I have a couple of questions/comments: First, the DMR is dated 11/5/22, but the sampling date was
after that: 11/30/22. One of these two dates must be incorrect. This should be corrected. Second, the DMR
indicates that the facility is in Tier III. Please provide a brief summary of which outfalls and which parameters are
involved. Have you provided the Regional Office with a copy of the required Action Plan documenting the steps you
have taken thus far and what steps are planned to remedy the issue(s)?
