On behalf of Circor Pumping Technologies, Monroe NC facility (COC NCG030293), we are providing email
notification as required by NCG030000 Part E, Table 3 for a Tier 1 benchmark exceedance. Circor has become
aware of a benchmark exceedance for Copper at Outfall 005 for a sample collected on November 15, 2022
(results received by Circor on January 9, 2023). The lab report dated December 21, 2022 indicated a Copper
concentration of 0.011 mg/I (benchmark is 0.010 mg/1).
