Dear Ms. Manuel,
Carolina Water Service, Inc. of NC is in receipt of the above -mentioned Notice of Violation and
Recommendation for Enforcement Letter dated November 20th and provide additional information
below. During the month of October, the total nitrogen concentration (C0600) was inadvertently
reported in the annually calculated total nitrogen (QY600) column of the monthly DMR report. The
DMR has been corrected and resubmitted.
Carolina Water Service, Inc. of NC respectfully appreciates the opportunity to respond with
additional information for consideration of any further enforcement decisions concerning this matter.
