The project shall he constructed in accordance with your application dated April \\,20l4 and modification request
dated February 12, 2015. This approval is also valid for the Tar-Parrilico Riparian Buffer Rules (I 5A NCAC
213.0259)� In addition, You should acquire any other federal, state or- local permits before you proceed with your
project including (but not limited to) Sediment and Erosion Control, Non-Discharge and Water Supply Watershed
regulations. T6is approval will expire with tile accompanying 4V4permit.
This approval is valid solely for tile Purpose and design described in your application (unless modified below).
Should your project change, you must notify the Y4C[}VVR and submit a new application. lf the property io sold, the
new owner must be given a copy of this Certification and approval letter, and is thereby responsible for complying
